I had been going here on and off for over 15 years. I liked the staff and didn't mind the low budget feel to the place. Then I went a year without using my minutes and lost them. Terrible policy. Who cares if someone hasn't been in for a year? Life happens. Sometimes life REALLY happens. It shouldn't cost you. Especially on a 1000 minute package. Gift certificates can't expire anymore, neither should minutes. She did eventually offer to uncancel my minutes but I knew I'd never go back so I said no thanks. Time to go somewhere else.
