Highly recommend! Lorenzo was very kind and accommodating and helped me get exactly what I needed done. Prices were more than reasonable and the turnaround time was very quick. Definitely will get any future embroidering done here!

I brought a robe here to get monogrammed.They had plenty of options for size and color. I thought the price to be a little expensive (10 a letter and I had three) although this was literally the only place I could find to monogram a bath robe quickly. It was ready in three days. The woman behind the counter was very helpful.
This place is so good!! Been going here for years and never disappoint. I needed my jacket tailored the day before a conference and they rushed it for me.
Rude! Overpriced. Charged me 30 to hem regular dress pants. I called and asked for repricing because it is a regular dress pants and it should be 17. The lady made up an excuse and said that it's special "delicate" material. Do not recommend them. STAY AWAY. It's not about the upcharge, it's about the principle of not treating me like an idiot.
I was referred here by Pottery Barn for personalized stockings. They advised, as did another client that I know, that the cost would be 20 per stocking. I walked into the store and the man told me the cost was 30 to put a name on each stocking. I told him what I was told by his referral about the price and he said “we charged that four years ago”. No prices are listed in the store. I called the Oakville location to double check and they advised that the cost was 20. I found them to be dishonest and this is ridiculously overpriced.
The lady’s were nice but they just couldn’t do the job right.
Had a horrible experience but Lorenzo (owner) was able to come to resolve. The staff takes some warming up to as they come off as a tad cold. It may be a generation gap and being located in a mall.
If I could give Zero Stars, I would!!! I am Beyond UPSET! I had taken 3 articles of clothing in, 2 had major alteration and one was just a dress that needed a zipper replaced, which cost 50 by the way!! I told them NOT to rush as the clothing is Burberry and I had spent a lot of money on them and did not want them to mess it up. They tell me a week and half (10days) it will all be done. I said sure and paid 175 for everything. I come back on the scheduled date and lo and behold, NOTHING was done!!!! Not even one stitch was put into anything! I got the excuse that some of the seamstresses were of holidays and there were 4 other peoples clothes in line in front of mine. OK, if that's the case then why even take my clothes and give me that completion date, give me a later date!!! It has now been a MONTH and I still haven't gotten a call about my clothes!! I went back to see if my clothes were done(2 more weeks later for a total of a month) and she says that my clothes were done the next day after I had left the first time 2 week prior... I say, "ok? So why didn't I get a call"? Her response was that I left before she could tell me. BULLSHIT!!! (sorry for my colourful language) I then repeated what she had told me right before I left the weeks prior. I said "I hope my clothes will be done in 2 more weeks as I need them by August" She then said "oh for sure they will be done by then and we have your number and we'll give you a call" Once I repeated what she had said to me, she had nothing to say because I caught her in a lie. Unbelievable!! I got no phone call and apparently, everything was done the day after the original scheduled date!! Which I find very hard to believe!! They are liers and worst of all they lie right to your face! DO NOT take clothes here if you are in a rush to get them or to even have anything done by the expected date, it will not happen!!!
