The center looks to help others with life stresses and curves along the way through the arts of martial arts. Of course some people needs more professional help to help them through the many life difficulties but in general this place helps many build confidence they need as well as working on their physical and mental well being. All the volunteers have the heart to want to help others and a good sense of belonging is always nourished to all, where possible. They also offer parenting classes, yoga, gym fitness, tai chi, sword, sabor, philosophy classes, chi kung and of course kung fu (choy lee fut ). I am thankful for the Tai Chi Kung Fu Centre Sergio Arione for coming into my life. I had not experienced this type of community involvment and belonging in the first 43 years of my life. Happy here
