Energized and energizing. Tafelmusik stands to perform (except the cellists, of course!), So it feels like chamber music on steroids. Wonderful program, beautifully executed. Lovely tribute to retiring cellist Christina Mahler by former Artistic Director and partner Jeanne Lamon. Smiles, positive energy, fun intermission vibe with cookies and coffee. Ideal evening.
