Had driven all the way from Surrey and offered them an extra 20 to string my racket on the spot so I didn't have to drive all the way back again to get it. He did it within 15 minutes and didn't charge me anything extra. Really appreciated the great service!

No returns on products that is defective, instead you gotta go through the manufacture. Mind you I was trying to return a product only a few days old which was making my foot hurt and slipping everywhere on the court nearly injuring me. You won't get customer service here or a fair business. Their staff is constantly looking annoyed by your questions and would rather you just pay and get the hell out.
