This was the breakfast restaurant in the hotel I stayed in. Inside the restaurant we had amazing customer service as well as amazing food. If you are to eat here I recommend the French Toast.

Had dinner here Saturday night. A very, very nice dining room. Excellent wait staff and, most importantly, excellent fresh food. The menu is small -- the best sign that the kitchen staff are preparing the offerings from scratch instead of serving frozen crap. Enjoyed an excellent hand-made ricotta and spinach ravioli, the signature ramen bowl as an appetizer. My wife had the scallops and another tapas. All were excellent. Very reasonable prices and a discount for Victoria residents as well.

Very good meal here. All the tapas were excellent. I would have liked a few more options for mains.

When you think of the restaurant you find in the lobby of your hotel, you probably start with low expectations. That in mind, my party and I went to Table 21 after a long day at work out of pure convenience. With every course, we were waiting for the dreaded reminder that we were at a \hotel restaurant\. It never came - food was great, reasonably portioned and our servers were excellent. Will and have returned!

It was good enough. Certainly well above average for a hotel restaurant, but not anywhere near the best Victoria has to offer. The duck confit ravioli was a standout
