My friend goes to them and he said good stuff which is why I went there. From my perspective, they only lack in electronics. Otherwise, regular mechanical service is very good. They are low on manpower, so depending on what time you go there may determine your experience.

We were from Boston, and got stranded in Ottawa when our water pump broke in our BMW X5. Siva was great. It was on a saturday and no dealership can work on my car but Siva got the parts same day and did the job same day. Everything worked greatly. We owe him a lot for getting us back to Boston with new water pump installed all in a day. Highly recommend him for reliable and dependable work.
