Because of unusual heavy rain, we had high level of water in basement. So we call around looking for a pump. Instead of telling over phone they did not have a pump available and could do nothing for us, they came to our house, look at water from top of stairs and said sorry we can't do nothing. Charged us 75 for that service call to tell us they could do nothing. Amazing!!!Never even followed up by calling back to see if we needed pump when one was available.
