Totally useless if I’m being honest. My children each had a different representative. One was very engaging with my youngest but spent the whole session going over simple things that she knows. There was no real learning. I shared the feedback but nothing changed. My second child has special needs but was met by an enormous woman who seemed to struggle to exist. She was as engaging as a dead rat. I didn’t share this feedback. The dollars spent are better repurposed on almost anything else.

The staff is very helpful and kind. They work with all types of children. They even make a custom program for your child and have follow up appointments with parents to see how much your child has progressed from before and during the program. There is no better tutoring place compared to Sylvan. On top of that all of the teachers are Ontario certified with a ton of experience which is super rare to find in tutoring places these days. I highly recommend this place to any parent with kids that are struggling with school. They change the children's \I can't do it\ mentality to \I can do it\. I love Sylvan Learning.

My son love this place. I feel like after one month being there my son learns how to read and got better in math. He start reading signs and also longer sentences. I'm so happy and proud of him enjoying it.

The staff are very caring and concerned about your kids. They do a good job meeting their needs especially Ann she has done an amazing job with my son. He's reading a lot better and is more confident in his studies.
