Wow! I am totally impressed with this company. I contacted them yesterday around noon to schedule a furnace service/maintenance; by 2pm I had a call back and an appointment set up for this morning; 2 service techs arrived right on time! Everything is cleaned, tested and working great. Will definitely be a returning customer, thank you!
When I called on a Sunday morning to see if a technician could come out to look at our furnace which was not working, the lady I spoke with from Syles was helpful and sympathetic. Adam the technician came out under 4 hours later and was awesome. We had to replace our furnace which we kind of thought would be the case but Adam handled it so well! He was professional and very informative. He got on the phone right away with Grant and our new furnace was installed the very next morning! Excellent service! I highly recommend Syles! We had them install (3) fireplaces & we love them all. Custom log set, gas insert and gas stove style. Service was fantastic, courteous, products are high quality, installation was a breeze! Couldn't be happier!
