I received great, friendly, professional service at this establishment. I took my dress in to have shoulders readjusted. It was a complex issue and she handled it with due attention and patience. She went above and beyond to do an excellent job. I was extremely satisfied and would definitely recommend to anyone.

The night before my prom I called this place and asked if they could fix my dress as the place I originally took it to did not shorten it enough and wouldn't do any more. The Asian lady I spoke to told me to bring it in right away and she would fix it; not only did she do what I wanted but she stayed an hour and a half after close just to fix my dress!! AND she also steamed it for me without even asking :) Most amazing service I've ever had and will definitely be going back, thank you so much ladies for your kindness and help !!!

I came in a few days ago to get a couple of shirts and suits done for dry cleaning and some pants done for alterations. The dry cleaning was not suppose to be done until Wednesday next week. Came in today to pick up my alterations and I was very happy to see that my alterations and my dry cleaning were both done. They did a great job, within a timely manner and with reasonable pricing as well. Would definitely recommend to everyone.

Took in our curtains to be hemmed and not only were they not done to the length we requested, we were told we'd have to pay for the correction. Last time we go there. An update on this: my wife went back in the next morning to get them to fix it while I waited in the car with our dogs. The lady not only refused to fix the issue at her cost, but proceeded to yell at my wife saying these issues will put her out of business. After a confrontation with my wife and literally telling her she was \crazy\, the lady took the curtains and set them aside saying she'd fix them but would not tell us when to expect them done. My wife said forget it and that she'd do it herself and the woman proceeded to rudely toss the curtains back at her. After my wife came out and told me what happened, I went in and said I wanted our 63 back as she didn't do the job we paid her for and because she just stood there and yelled at my wife. She told me that we only asked for 8 inches taken off. We had asked for our curtains to be hemmed to 98 inches total. Even if she was correct, our curtains were 120 inches long when we dropped them off and 107 inches when we picked them up. Not sure how that math adds up to 8 inches. Anyway, I was told to call the police and take her to court for the money. At this point I decided to cut my losses and leave. In 15 years in the restaurant business, I wouldn't even think about speaking to a customer the way this woman did - nevermind just speaking to another human being. Fixing issues that are clearly not the customer's fault will not put you out of business. Poor customer service and not doing the job people pay for will. My advice, avoid this place like the plague. The people behind us in line today certainly did. They walked out.
