Worst service ever. Like do you even want to make money? Turning away paying customers way before closing. Don’t know how this place stays open. If they need someone with a business degree to run this place and turn a profit let me know. Breaking poor kids hearts.

The new owners have completely changed my mind about going to the alley. They are night and day better compared to the old owner you walk in and your welcomed right away. They make your experience feel amazing and I'll be returning as much as I can. And a BIG shout out to them tonight I reserved a lane at 7 for 2hrs for my girlfriends bday and they allowed us to stay till 9pm and for our full 2hrs which was actually an 1hr past there closing time.

This is one of few places in Swift for families to go and have some fun. Definitely worth going and a great place for kids birthday parties. It is an older bowling alley but they have kept the place up and well looked after. We will go back many more times as the kids seem to really love it here.

the lady was incredibly rude to my group of friends. we came in on a Friday and were wondering why glow bowling wasn't going. she mumbled something. we went up to get cash out and after we had taken out money and were ready to pay for our lane she informed us we wouldn't be able to do anything until a youth group showed up, that didn't bother us so much but her attitude about it really bothered me.
