My grandma turned 85 and lives in Swift Current. My family does not, but we contacted Schimmel's bakery to bake 85 bite sized items for her to enjoy at the seniors facility she lives in. They went above and beyond and included "85" on many of the items. Packaged nicely too! She was thrilled to receive them. Wonderful to work with and very happy customers!

I was visiting town for work and asked them to make a sweet 16 cake for my daughter. The cake was far beyond expectations! they went above and beyond. If you want to support a great quality family business you will not be disappointed.
Amazing bakery. They sell the best cinnamon buns I've ever eaten! I cant wait till August till we pass through Swift again from Calgary to Regina. I hope you guys can extend your Saturday hours a bit sometime.
Small but really nice. Fantastic smell in the morning. A couple tables to consume the deliciousness. Also, some other authentic Dutch merchandise.
Hours are a little random somtimes but the food and goodies/ sweets are so good!
Awesome bakery. I am from USA and ordered a cake for a friends birthday . I was initially little scared when I ordered the cake as they had very less options, but when I saw the cake it was amazing with chocolate strawberries, decorations with music and light candles. The cake was 10 bucks but they did more justice to the price I paid. My friend was suprised and felt very happy.
