I recently had an electronic issue with my 2017 F150. Initially I had to complain to management about the service department because cypress gave up on the issue after two days of trying. What is important is that once I complained the service department really stepped up and put in a lot of effort resolve the issue. They followed up regularly and even went so far as to keep the truck a few extra days to make sure it worked, they also washed it before I picked it up, I think they deserve a five star rating for stepping up and resolving the issue! I have also used the Fast Lane at Cypress many times and the service there is exceptional and convenient !!! For service Cypress gets 5/5 in my books. Unfortunately, I find the sales department a lot less pleasant to deal with.

percent very proficient, quick, thorough and open on a Saturday. Even during these trying times of covid 19 they especially paid close attention to cleanliness. Very friendly and courteous as well. There was a problem with our heat not coming into the vehicle on the passenger side but the main service area was closed due to it being a Saturday. However, our technician found the reason why we weren’t getting heat when he checked our cabin filter! Thank you! We left with both of our concerns rectified. We were back on the road in less than half an hour. Nice Job Guys!

We were told our appointment would take about 30 minutes...we arrived about 15 minutes early our vehicle was taken in right away and wasn’t finished for about an hour and a half with no explanation of why it took so long just a “I’m sorry about that” from the lady at the desk. I think that unexceptable ...there should be a reason given even if its the technician had to finish something else or it took longer than he expected whatever the case...be honest..in the end we were happy with the results just the waiting time was disappointing. Thanks

Extremely Negative Review... BUYERS BEWARE I Recently puchased a 2014 Maxima (54500 km) from Cypress Ford.. was told it was in great shape and had gone thru their shop. Felt it should be a good car for 5 or more years. First road trip to Moosejaw and the vehicle was over heating less than 250 km since purchase. Had Nissan dealer repair problem and came home to swift... few days later check engine light came on...back to Nissan and they found antifreeze low again... Long story short I can spend 2800 to repair engine ( warped head... head gasket) which may have other internal issues or 4000 to put a used engine in. I sent emails March 10/21 to Salesman , Service manager, and Sales manager, regarding this issue and have had no response nor have they contacted the Nissan dealer doing the repair. Gentlemen this is not good customer service. I understand Buyer Beware but I have put less than 1000km on this vehicle, and it has a major powertrain failure, this is not something I could have forseen or checked for in a short test drive Daryl Skogstad
