Very friendly service and they did an amazing job on my cake order! The owners really are pro's! Grabbed some treats while I was there (Nanaimo bar and a brownie) which were absolutely delicious!

Visited this bakery to make an inquiry and place a substantial order.Gentleman was standing at entrance to back section of shop.I had time to look at the clean surroundings and look at product a second time.The gentleman at the doorway did not make any attempt to acknowledge my presents or remark that he would assist me at all.I did leave and found another bakery to place my order and was addressed like most people in the beautiful and very friendl New Hamburg.The clerk here was most happy to take my order.
Tried the buttertarts and apple cheesecake squares, both were incredible. Very cute shop and had incredible service, will definitely be back. Keep up the great work!
