The customer service was amazing. I cannot say enough how great Derek was to deal with. This was for my son’s virtual birthday party and the sushi kits were a huge hit. Would definitely use them again!

We had a great experience with Sweet Sushi Inc! We ordered this epic smash cake for a family members birthday that everyone loved. Jessica was a pleasure to deal with. I had a lot of questions during the ordering process and she was very patient and replied promptly. We had a minor issue with some extra sweet treats but as soon as I spoke to Jessica she promptly came up with a resolution and was keen to make sure we had a great experience! Excited to try other treats from them in the future!

Bought some Sweet Sushi for my daughter's birthday and she LOVED it! The presentation was lovely and the treats were delicious. Derek was so delightful to speak to and deal with - both on the phone and in person. Customer service was a real A . I'm so impressed with the company and am recommending them to everyone. To be honest very disappointed with the purchase. I bought one taco sushi kit and one sweet sushi kit for my kid. With tax and delivery it was over 70 for basically rice crispy cereal, marshmallows, a few candies, and packaging. My child enjoyed making, don’t get me wrong, but I could have just made my own rice crispy treats at home for a fraction of this. I really try to support local, but seriously this ain’t worth the hype or money.

Went to this place at noon and walked into a warm inviting space. Large wall of prices clearly marked on the side of the wall and lots of delicious examples in the case at the front. All staff were wearing masks and they had a place at the entrance to use hand sanitizer at the start when you enter which I appreciated. Someone approached the cash to speak to me as soon as I walked in. She asked if it was my first time and offered me a free sample! :) great surprise for a first time visitor! She showed me multiple options of what to purchase, price points and differences between the various dessert sushi’s. Wonderful place and quick turn around, but staff also don’t rush you which I appreciated a lot! I would come back here in an instant! Located in a small plaza as well, but parking was not an issue as a lot of spaces are available.

The quality of food is incredible. I walked in to buy a sushi platter on the fly and it tasted so fresh. Derek, who was working the counter was welcoming, polite, and courteous. He truly went above and beyond by adding edible happy birthday letters for my niece. Jessica is amazing to work with. I will be getting that S'mores sweet sushi pizza in the future! I will definitely be ordering from them again, and again, and again!

My good friend received her sweet sushi happy birthday platter today and immediately called me. To say she was thrilled would be an understatement. She was totally impressed with everything ... the concept, the presentation and the number of pieces. Not only did it make her day (as she said), but to receive such a positive reaction also made mine. It's wonderful when a company/product lives up to and exceeds expectations. You've done just that.

Oliver's Gravitrax stuff!

Derek, who was heading up the customer service train the day I came in, greeted me with a huge smile (even behind the mandatory mask) and great attitude. He was respectful of my personal needs and was helpful in suggesting other yummy options. When I got home and found my order was not as I anticipated, Derek personally remedied it with a warm hearted phone call and personally delivered the new treats to my home even though I told him I was fine without them. He epitomizes services that sadly I longer exists...a customer service that truly comes from his soul and not from a directive from the owner. Wonderful.
