I was so excited to go the store after reading all good reviews and we just moved in Etobicoke. My experience is very poor. No one was in store and some one come out from the back and I ask if she can show me vegan dessert and the answer was a bit take a look around with the sign. I understand if she was too busy but no one in store and made feel uncomfortable and not welcome in store. Regardless I bought cup cake she just brought out from the back. It was not that good. I hope this is just one off and the person must had one bad day too. I am planning to go back to give them second chance Every one deserves second chance.

Nice little shop with great service and most importantly delicious chocolate. The lady was very helpful and accommodating letting me use her washroom when that was all said and done I ordered a chocolate ice cream and two milk chocolate truffles absolutely amazing high quality stuff here little shops little businesses are who we should be supporting and I'm happy today I supported sweet olenka
I don't normally write reviews but wow on February 14, 2021 I went to buy some yummy Valentine's treats because this place does have delicious sweets!! I asked the woman at the counter for a specific treat in the front display and she told me no because it will ruin the display!! I then said\are you telling me I can't pick what I want to pay\ and she said yes!!! I eventually got what I wanted but her Customer Service is horrible!! This is the second time I had dealings with this woman!! Last time she yelled at a customer when I was waiting to pick up my order and I had to step in!! Great desserts but horrible customer service from that particular employee!!! Hope this review is helpful.
The cake we ordered was there when I arrived to pick it up. Store was quaint and charming. Had nice books for kids as well. The cake was a chocolate one. It was quite delicious. Lots of chocolate. They didn't skimp.
The Tiramisu Cakester was so good! They have a variety of desserts, worth stopping by. One thing to keep in mind is everything is kind of overpriced, but understandable during these times. IG: @yummybylana
