A great experience , they have a great selection of really well priced high end second hand musical Instruments , they worked with me to get me what I needed within my budget and the pricing was fair right from the start. These guys want to move inventory and price accordingly. Will definitely be a return customer !
Went last week and I must say it is impressive. Two floors full of interesting items, friendly knowledgeable staff and fair prices. I recently emailed about holding an item and inquiries of selling. They were responsive and answered all of my questions accurately. Highly recommend stopping by!
I purchased a 2019 Fender Stratocaster Dave Murray signature series from Swap N Shop a few days ago and all I can say is..... WOW! Amazing sound and also a fantastic price for what it was actually worth and I couldn’t say no! I got a very good deal from the owner and I couldn’t be more happy! The owner is very respectful and very nice! He’s always truthful and honest. I would totally recommend anyone purchasing from Swap N Shop!
Nice employees and owner is a great guy who helps in whatever way he can. They gave me pretty good loans and my stuff was returned in the exact condition I left it in. They have a big selection of items for sale and pretty great prices compared to other pawn shops in Ottawa. I would recommend this store over the others for sure.
