Irritating hours of operation but okay staff and decent selection. I'll be back
Not impressed that it costs 30% more to buy the same piece of lumber from here as it would from home depot. Its worth the drive to newmarket rather than shopping here. Also not impressed that they only have 16ft 2x6 and they charge you an additional 5 to cut it into 2 8ft pieces. Not planning to shop here anymore myself.
Simon is an absolute superstar. Everybody I speak to says the same thing. In a time where customer service and pride in a job well done is less common than it once was, somebody forgot to tell the folks at Schell Lumber! And thank goodness for that!
