I don't even know where to start! Red flags from the moment I dropped off my pup to the minute he was picked up! *Dropping him off they left him outside. *Nail trim was incomplete he almost scratch the kids. *Payment on the phone at the office wasn't working and I wasn't about to pay them online when I don't even know who they are. *My dog was overly energetic when picked up got nervous pooped in the office. *No updates when they told me they would send photos to ease my mind. Had to call twice to check up on him. Asked for my refund through etransfer they wanted me to come pick It up... I went over to pick it up for them to tell me they would etransfer....such a waste of my time. So unorganized...Never again! They don't even offer tours around the facility so who knows what goes on in there...

K9 Acres is a facility for your dog of any breed that has it all. With their amazing staff they offer worry free services on their large maintained property. Such services include doggy daycare, boarding, training by Mike of Grass Roots Training and grooming. Presently, my dog is using doggy daycare 3 days a week and has helped burn through that puppy energy. K9 acres as well is a regular uploader of pictures and videos to their Instagram. My dog has made so many new friends here. I'm so pleased I choose K9 Acres.
Thank for giving out pup a second home. Our dog has become reactive since covid and our family has been locked in the house. K9acres has helped socialize our boy and help build his confidence. The staff care so much for animals and you can see it.
Great facility and staff. They love dogs
Like a 2nd home for my pup when we're away or even just every so often for the socialization fun and energy burn of playing with other dogs for the day. All the staff are pros that love dogs and treat them as their own. I don't hesitate or worry a bit because I know she's in excellent hands.
