Wandering Surf

We purchased our townhouse through this brokerage. Our realtor was Tim Seo. We felt he was difficult to deal with and even more difficult to get ahold of. On the day of possession we waited.... And waited..... And waited outside our new house, our excitement fading rapidly. We finally called him and he did not answer. We texted and emailed and eventually he replied that the keys were at his office in Coquitlam. We were in Langley. He couldn't have mentioned it ahead of time? He just left us sitting outside our new place and couldn't be bothered meeting us or letting us know either. Gross service.

I worked with Keith Yan from this brokerage and the guy is the absolutely WORST realtor I ever dealt with. At the beginning he was very polite trying to get our business. But he consistently shows up late to our meetings, not knowledgeable at all about the market, and cost us big time. There was this one time he canceled my meeting last minute because he got sued by his previous client and had to go to court!!! Cannot believe Sutton employed brokers like this.
