I was little new for sushi but got some amazing suggestions from a chubby girl working there. I tried teriyaki bombs before and the bombs were yummy. Got my sushi rolls yesterday and those were nice. Variety of combos available too. I would say the customer service is great here and very welcoming atmosphere as well.

Good food. Was able to accommodate vegan options. The tempera is very small for the price maybe like 6 very small pieces. Not a good value. Other than that it was good

Love the variety of the combos. And the teriyaki bombs are the best!

The food is good but some days the foods a bit off, and they often mess up your order.

I had given it multiple Stars in the pass. But now I don't know if it's because of covid but they no longer take orders after 5:30 p.m. they just stop answering the phone. Very disappointed seeing as they close at 7

August 28, 2020: I’ve always raved about the selection, freshness and taste of any item on the menu. I realize 2020 has been a very difficult year for food establishments but today’s experience was abysmal and just plain disgusting. I ordered an Inferno, rolled so poorly they looked like they’d be smooshed before placed in the takeout container. The tuna tartare maki was inedible because it was much too spicy and couldn’t taste anything else (that says a lot coming from someone who thoroughly enjoys spicy food and is quite liberal with the wasabi). The biggest disappointment, because it’s my ultimate favourite item at the Sushi Shop, the squid in the spicy squid salad was hard/chewy. And to add insult to injury on a fairly expensive tab (nearly 60...including a tip), the salmon on the Volcano was barely seared and although they gave me an astronomical amount of wasabi and ginger on the side (don’t know what that was about), I had no soya sauce containers. None! As for sanitation, in a time when masks are mandatory in indoor public places, while the cashier had her mask on (and I had mine), the other employee, the one making rolls, was wearing her mask below her chin.I should have said something right then and there but this is such a hot topic, I held my tongue. So this “experience” gets a big fat ZERO!

The sushi is really good. Good place to sit down and eat with a few friends. The prices are decent, but it gets pricey if you like to eat sushi often enough.
