Have been extremely please with our sales men Marcus he’s reliable / honest and one of the better people I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. He is quick to respond with pricing and availability. I can’t speak to the rest of the staff but If they are as polite and friendly to deal with as Marcus I’d expect anyone to be in good hands there. We plan to continue with what I hope to be a long term relationship with this Company
Went in to western equipment last week for my usual end of season ope purchases. Extremely disappointed to see that Patrick is no longer with them. chatted with a fellow He could not tell me what happened to Patrick (I learned from reading other google reviews Patrick has retired what a shame what a loss for western!) he directed me to a young bearded fellow Told me he is now their expert. Absolutely no knowledge of stihl product what so ever in my opioion Asked about several items I heard about from stihl emails nope dumbfounded no idea what I was talking about . asked about year end sales etc again same answers. In these tough times how does western expect to sell these types of products I left purchasing nothing! Five plus years of loyal service down the drain off to find another distributor (shop carefully people we need good people with good knowledge after sales service is extremely important with ope product) Sincerely paul davine
I’m sorry to hear that Patrick retired. They need to hire someone that’s knows the equipment. I received help from a young lady but she had no clue what she was doing. Need better training. I’ve been coming here for years, didn’t get a apology or did the manager come out to help her. Seems odd.
Came into the store a few days ago to purchase some Stihl parts. Was very disappointed to hear Patrick had retired. The person who waited on me did not seem to know about the product. I waited way to long and, in this day, and age of COVID19 this is unacceptable especially when the parts were finally brought out, they were incorrect. Need to work on customer service and maybe train the staff. I’ve sent a email off to stihl Canada to help me find a better supplier for my ( ope ) needs ! and or maybe time to switch brands as well !
