I wish I could give 0. I called them to book my appointment for ultrasound and receptionist she didn't even listen to me. She said we don't ultrasound here. Thank you. What the hell is this?? Its so rude. Is it your customer service?

So yesterday I booked an appointment for the X-ray at this place, and the appointment was at 12:55 on feb 12. When i went inside there were 7 people waiting ahead me so i went to reception come back in 15 cause they had capacity only for 7 people inside cause of the covid-19 restriction. So i came back after 15 mins told me to have a seat and took another 15 mins I think they don’t understand what is APPOINTMENT means, they should be ready for me when it’s a appointment. Don’t go to this place if u don’t wanna waste your time.....

I called at 4:20pm to ask if I could come by for an X-ray as I was only 10 minutes away. Woman on phone said yes, but I might not be seen. That’s fine. I asked her if she could get my requisition from the Guildford location because I was just there and they had turned me away. She said yes. I show up at 4:30pm, she complains loudly about how they close at 5pm and then when I remind her about my requisition, she says, “why did you not to Guildford if your requisition is there.” Seriously? I told you on the phone they turned me away and you said it was fine for me to come as is. After telling her that they turned me away even though their website, google, AND phone line indicate 5pm as closing time, she said “because of covid our hours change daily.” Well, how can you be rude to patients or turn them away if they’re showing up based on normal hours and you’re not bothering to update anything? At least change your phone message daily. She had her coat on by 4:45pm. My x ray took a whole of two minutes. When I left, I thanked her even though she was rude. Radio silence on her end. I’m giving this two stars because the technician was so damn kind. She didn’t say anything negative and wasn’t rude in any way. I’m so tired of West Coast Medical Imaging. There’s only 3 location in surrey. Scott road sucks because there’s no parking whatsoever, and while the technicians at Guildford and Surrey Central are amazing, the front staff are inconsiderate and rude. Complaints on the website are useless. We need a useful regulating body.
