Super disorganized, very scattered. You arrive early and pay for parking and then Have to wait for sometimes 2 hours to be seen and have to go back out to pay for more parking. It’s no wonder this doctor had to retire.

Totally disorganized, went back four times (with long waits each time) to properly get a prescription filled. Her office does not answer when pharmacy calls, but did when I called from cell. Her office then called the pharmacy to advise us not to bother them any more. I had the first appt at 0900 and I did not see her till 0945. I was told all tests were complete, so I went for shots. I got to the appointment and was advised i needed more tests and was sent away with no lab requesition. I was to go back the next week to start injections later. I asked why not today as planned from the past two appts Get this.. she shushed me with her finger raised and would not answer the question! I wasted a day taking off work. (Multiple times) Office needs cleaning. Overall my point is.. look somewhere else. 0/5 realistically.
Why can't anyone answer the phone? DR, is forgetful an should have retired long ago.
