The young men working were a pleasant surprise and very knowledgeable indeed. This place has it all when it comes to making your own home treatment skin care products. A must have in every topical manufacturer's toolbox. Thumbs up on selection and quality although at times some of the women working here are kind of Karen-y - its worth putting up with that (at times) just for the awesome selection. That and they are only game in town... so what are you going to do?

I usually visit the warehouse location but decided to visit the actual store, I wish I hadn’t though. I was with my family (6 of us). I understand Covid protocols but the door lady/employee treated us unfairly. We were in the line up and as our turn approached, the employee allowed two of us to go in the store, but the rest of my group had to wait. Which is fine. But she continued to allow people BEHIND the remainder of my group to go in ahead of us. I’m not sure how that even makes sense. I asked her and she said rudely, “well there’s too many of you, so I have to let ALL (about 6 people behind us) the people behind you go in first.” At this point the customer behind my group didn’t agree with the employee either (he ended up leaving the line). I understand if two customers came out, the next two customers can go in. I really don’t think you should be choosing down the line who can go in next. It’s only fair that the NEXT customer can go next. We ended up leaving due to the bad customer service. This place doesn’t deserve one star.

Excellent products. My orders have always been accurate, their online stock is up-to-date, and ordering is painless. I've been shopping online with them for years. Their customer service is great too: emails are answered promptly and phone calls are friendly. I recently had a problem with a product, and although the service person and I disagreed on the source of the problem (it turns out it was MY error), they were still respectful and helpful. I will continue to shop here happily. I should also add that they have proper and fresh essential oils! I used to use tea tree oil at a rate of 1% in a product, and their tea tree oil smelled great and was never irritating. I recently ordered another brand, Mary Tylor Naturals, for free shipping from Amazon, and not only did it smell a bit strange, but it was HORRIBLY irritating at a rate of only 1%. Never ordering essential oils anywhere else again!

You can get most of what you need here for simple recipes and fun crafts. Empty shelves with some items but that's not their fault. Best to call ahead to make sure inventory is there before driving all the way out
