I was in the market looking to upgrade my current TVs and had the best experience at Visions. Mark was my sales rep. He is very knowledgeable, kind and patient. He always makes sure you feel super comfortable and provides the best advice. All he needs is your budget and he will take care of the rest. No other store can compare! I've never been disappointed with any of my purchases and I have Mark to thank for that. He will make sure you get the best bang for your buck! I highly recommend anyone looking to make big purchases to go see Mark. Great salesman. Great individual. Customer service you won't find anywhere else! Thank you Mark. Keep it up !!

Worst worst worst experiance ....bought tv a week ago ...after 4 days tv showing these line...i went to return the tv i had reciept but not the box but they told me to come with box , So i went back to home and came back with box to their store ...at that time they said our service manager will check it....just because i cut the box while opening but at that time I didn’t know that tv will be like this .. they are saying me to come again on monday ...is that fair for 300-400 bucks tv i have to take leave from my work...i will never recommend this store ...big thanks to manager !

We purcahse a LG TV almost 2 weeks ago and it went blank after few days. Since we got rid of the box we were told a technician will be coming over to \ fix it\. We were told to send the picture of the TV so a part could be ordered. What a unreasonable exchange policy is this. Like really how were we supposed to know the TV will stop working after few days. We have been without a TV for 4 days. I would not recommend anyone to purchase LG TV from visions for the bad customer experience

Aaron installed our new television yesterday and we are extremely pleased with the service we received. He quickly and efficiently assembled the unit, then programmed it to give us the best picture quality possible. Aaron is very knowledgeable about televisions, as he answered all our questions, explained how some of the systems worked and shared some tips for using the tv's apps. He provided excellent customer service with his respectful, personable demeanor. Before my husband retired, he managed warehouses for Jam Industries and Tom Lee Music, and he said he would have liked to have had an employee like Aaron working for him.

I was extremely pleased with my shopping experience at Visions in Surrey. The sales manager Mark K was amazing! He provided exceptional customer service and was incredibly knowledgeable. He was very patient with answering all my questions, explained all the specs in detail and worked with me to buy the best products to fit my budget. I will buy all my future products there and recommend to all my family and friends. With the install of my 75” TV and sound bar, I can’t also say enough about the install manager Aaron. He spent so much time with perfecting the install. He did an exceptional job and was very friendly and so knowledgeable! I already booked him for another TV install and will request him for any future installs!
