At 0545 on Feb 12 2021, on Highway 17 in Vancouver an Uptime truck blew by flow of traffic going speed limit like we were stopped. Estimate would be 120 in 80 zone. To make matters worse, it is minus 5 degrees and highways are sheets of ice. There's no excuse for speeding that much over limit on these treacherous road conditions. Uptime almost caused serious downtime for many commuters this morning.
