Hands down the best place to buy a hot tub! I did A LOT of shopping around. They carry high quality hot tubs with fantastic warranties. Customer service is beyond exceptional. I had several issues arise with manufacturing and ordering (non of which were within their control) and they were nothing but amazing with me. They understood my frustration and handled my concerns beyond my expectations. This place is customer oriented and they truly care about you and your experience. They stand by their products and offer ongoing support after purchase. Can’t recommend them enough! Now 5 months later, I continue to be impressed with them and extremely happy with my hot tub!

If you are looking for a hot tub, universal spas should be your one and only stop. Being a first time hot tub owner we have shopped around for a while. The staff at universal spas is knowledgeable, patient and amazing. Jin went over and beyond to get the hot tub delivered to us and Vicky is always there for questions no matter what they are, Justin was our salesman he made the process painless , he made you feel comfortable . Justin , Jin and Vicky I can't say enough amazing bunch of people !! They treat you like family you feel welcomed. They took the stress out of buying a hot tub. I would 100% with out a double recommend universal spas to everyone!!

We didn''t purchase our hot tub from Universal, unfortunately; but, they have been so amazing helping us set up our new hot tub even though it's from a different vendor. They've spent time ensuring that understand the chemical make up & that we get the right mix of them etc. You won't go wrong if you buy from Universal.

We are first-time spa owners and did a lot of research and window shopping. We finally landed on Universal because of the good reviews and bullfrog spas because we loved the idea of the interchangeable jet packs. We worked with Jin and ordered an A6 in October and excitedly prepared for a December or January delivery. Unfortunately, due to manufacturing delays, our spa was rescheduled for June. Jin was very accommodating and offered us an upgrade to a Stil7 that she had just received.. 1 week later it was delivered and we've been enjoying it immensely. We love the clean modern lines and the flexible bench style seating. Jin and Vicky have been very helpful getting the water treated properly and we would highly recommend them.

So you want a hot tub? Start your search at Universal Spa’s. we were starting our search for a tub and lucky for us we visited Universal. I dropped by and was blown away by the friendly staff. Vicky showed me around the showroom and educated me on the different tubs that they have. We are new to the hot tub scene and I was always put off by every site asking for all your info before they even showed you tub features, benefits and price. I left Universal knowing I would return and purchase my tub. Lucky for me they had my Tub available in my timeline. Since my purchase I have been back or called to help with water condition every weekend. Every question I have had has been answered and any problems have been solved. We are happy to be part of the Universal family.
