I cannot say enough good things about them! I have not come across many people, especially business people, who are such good-natured and kind people. I was very impressed with there demeanour, there helpfulness, there competence and willingness to explain and accommodate my situation. When they took my phone apart to fix the screen they found a swollen battery. They went out and picked up a new battery and waited to hear from me as to whether or not to fix it. They showed me the issues and explained the situation in detail, which made me comfortable as a consumer knowing he knows what he's doing, they are honest and straightforward. There's more to it, but I'll keep it short and say they went above and beyond and I am very appreciative! Service was timely, professional, courteous, affordable and well done. There are not many businesses that operate at this caliber. Thank you, Guys !! (extra stars, much deserved!

I bought Iphone headphones from this place and they did not work so I brought them back and I noticed there’s a no return policy anyways the lady remembered me so she exchanged them I tried them in the store to make sure they worked they did so I leave get on the bus now all they say is this accessory is not compatible with this device SO NOT SHOP HERE there all knock offs!!!! Not even real apple headphones DONT GO HERE

I was very impressed by the friendliness of the staff. They explained the process and timeline to expect. The work was completed in the time quoted. I am very please with the results. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend anyone to them for a repair or diagnosis. It's nice to deal with a company with the high degree of professionalism and quality of work. I went in to get my phone screen fixed and it was the easiest and fastest experience I've ever had dealing with a phone break. The staff was extremely kind and professional and I was helped immediately. I was out the doors in less than 40 min (mind you they weren't very busy, but still) and left satisfied and with a perfect, working, brand new screen. I genuinely couldn't have asked for a better experience, especially because issues with my phone typically stress me out, but not this time! The cost was also incredibly reasonable. Special shout out to Ash for helping me with my screen, such a chill and nice dude! Seriously, go to them for your broken-tech needs.

While they are friendly, I can't even begin to explain the amount of trouble my boyfriend has had getting a Telus Phone Repair request through to them... not sure if it's entirely their fault however they don't seem horribly motivated to be proactive in resolving it either...
