Fantastic off leash dog trails are part of this local treasure. There is a salmon hatchery and informative sign posts along the well groomed scenic trails. I'm looking forward to the canopied sections in the summer when all the leaves are out.

You’ll see lots of squirrels and the birds will feed from your hand! There are lovely picnic sites and even group camping. This is one of the largest and closest dog parks to me. It’s well maintained; with water fountains, doggy bags, and a human washroom too.

The park is an ideal place for a family day out, with picnic tables, the Tynehead Fish Hatchery, and spectacular nature trails. Allow 40 minutes or more, depending on the trail you choose. Within Tynehead Regional Park you will find a 2.5 hectare (6 acre) dog off-leash area, accessible from the 168 Street parking lot. Park hours: June 2 - Sept 7 Open: 7 am

It is good for a routine walk. Quite clean. Not as good as Beer Creek park but definitely better than a lot other parks where people don't pick after their pets.

Great place for walks and bike riding. I take my grand children here for afternoon bike rides along nice trails with a pond, benches, ducks and other birds. Peaceful place right in the heart of Surrey.
