I absolutely do not recommend this shop. Me and my mother ordered 2 full 15 piece nativity sets on November 9th, we were told they would be ready in a week. Called each week to check on our order and was told they were having kiln problems, which is completely understandable. My mother called today to and was informed that they cant even find all the molds for the set that we ordered. We should have been told from the beginning that she could not find all the molds. They were completely unprofessional. Me and my mother have been doing ceramics for 30years and have never been treated this way by a ceramic shop or been given the run around like we have received from Bonnie and her employees.

Messaged their FaceBook page on Nov 9 then called the same day to order a nativity set then called back the next day to order a second set. Have told every week since that it will be ready "next week", today I called again only to find out that they can't find all the pieces. When I ordered the sets I said I would take as Bisque or greenware. I have been lied to repeatedly . I have been doing ceramics 30 years and have never been treated so poorly, I would NEVER RECOMMEND this "business" ever ! Below is the item I wanted
One Star for website processing and customer service. The site wouldn't accept my Visa card, so I called the store and placed my order over the phone. I wasn't provided with a total cost including shipping fees. I allowed a week or so to pass and contacted the store for the shipping details and explanation on the charge to my card. I was advised that this info would be sent to my email address [which I provided to the website at the time I attempted to place my order], the email was never sent. I called a few days later and again was advised my order was shipped and details would be sent to my email address. Again the email was never sent. Today, July 20th I called the store again. I was told my order is scheduled to be delivered on 7/22/20, nearly 3 weeks after the order and several calls to determine when my order would arrive. Neither time I contacted the store did anyone act proactively to provide this information to me. The gentleman I spoke to would not provide his name. I requested to speak with the owner's and was told that they were not available. At this point I am playing a waiting game. No receipt for my purchase, no tracking number and no customer service for nearly three weeks, is a third strike. I will never purchase from this vendor again. It is the little things that go a long way. And curt responses to a customer who has been patient, is not a good look. ****UPDATE -7/24/20**** My stamps finally arrived. They are wonderful. I hope my project is all that I envisioned. The quality of the stamps is decent. Expected metal but received a hard plastic. Overall, I am pleased with the product.

Been getting into pottery a lot recently, decided to have me and some family do some glazing for my birthday. We were well taken care of, plenty of glazing colours to use or buy, they accommodated our tight schedule and finished glazing up before I left for Australia. Great choice of ceramics to chose from, very professional, really know their stuff, helpful and super friendly.
This business makes you feel like your part of a team, willing to help answer all questions and I’ve had lots.
So helpful offering advice and service in a respectful manner. Friendly and offers a great price .
