Torrid as a whole is expensive for what it is, but they have trendy, well fitting plus size clothing. The quality can be hit or miss. The employee's at this store are great, very helpful and accommodating. This location is bigger than most and always tidy and well kept.

Torrid has great plus-size clothes, and friendly staff. They often have sales on. Unfortunately since they are a mainly American company, you can't order in to the store. If you want to order in, you have to pay international shipping. I also wish this location was bigger, but I'm pleased as punch to have a Torrid in the area.

Torrid actually makes pretty and quality clothes! Although it's expensive, but it's worth it in my opinion. The store location is not convenient if you live in Vancouver, it's located in Surrey, which is almost an hour from Vancouver, I truly hope they extend and open a store in Vancouver. It's my second visit to plus sized women's heaven, but and I'm disappointed with few thing's that I hope they work on to improve our shopping experience. 1_ shoes: size 12 & 13 is very limited, almost unavailable at their store, and I'm always being encouraged to order online, however, I don't like online shopping when it comes to shoes! It's so tricky, I might end up with a weird fit, or uncomfortable pair of shoes, and that is the last thing I want to spend my money on. 2_ online shopping: They don't ship to stores in Canada, and shipping costs 40 USD!! I don't find it fair, as 99% of international brands ships for free, or they'll offer free shipping if you spend or exceed a specific amount. I believe that Torrid would have a massive success if they open a store in Vancouver, and if their stock is always full of plus sized goodies. I would never go anywhere else!
