Cannot speak highly enough of Whole Bowl. As a lifting athlete on a pretty regimented diet, I eat everything according to macros. The owners have gone the extra mile to help me with that, and the meals are absolutely DELICIOUS. The customer service is amazing and the food is bomb... I am so happy I found Whole Bowl, it is an absolute lifesaver for me!!!

BEST MEAL PREP IN TOWN!!!! The owners are the friendless people and professional. I’m alway satisfied with the food and the immense selection they have. If you are thinking about ordering prep from them I highly suggest it!!!

I can't say enough good things about the Whole Bowl. They are incredibly kind and take the time to explain the menu to you when you order for the first time. After an exceptional in-store experience, I recommended their meal prep service to my roommates. They were thrilled with their food, and so, of course, I wanted to give it a try. We are only in week one, but the food is delicious, the macros are counted, and it is saving us a considerable amount of time in the evenings when we would typically prepare our food. As someone who follows a plant-based diet, I have found there aren't many meal prep services out there that cater to my needs. The Whole Bowl has been extremely accommodating by offering Beyond Meat, soy-based veggie patties, and tofu. This is a game changer! Thank you Whole Bowl!
Couldn't be happier with everything! I just did my first package and now have ordered my second and also referred my friends. I live a busy lifestyle and have no idea how to cook nor do I have the time, but I am trying to eat healthy regardless. When I found out about the business through Jaspreet I was immediately interested! I find so far that the meals are perfectly portioned, there is never too little and every dish has been sooo good. This has helped me stay on the right track with my diet, I couldn't have done it on my own and my body is responding in positive ways!
