Went in today since I needed to pick up a portable charger for someone, unlike some places that immediately jump on you and bombard you with questions they allow you to browse unawkardly, when we did need help we were assisted easily and Ted helped us with choosing the best charger as well as was honest in what was the best!
2 people working. barely any products in store. I was told they could order in the cheaper monitor that was advertised and it would arrive in a week! Didn't understand what I was talking about when I said to outline and crop with a pen for images. It's called a Creative Pen Tablet. I was definitely not impressed when I was told to try London Drugs or Walmart! Guess what! I went to Best Buy and not only did I get my monitor BUT they knew what I was talking about when I mentioned cropping. This is the second time I've received this sort of service. I won't be going back for a third time.

I went in looking for a power cord for my monitor (I'd lost mine) and the man working there was very helpful in making sure I got the right product I was looking for - which included recommending London Drugs, because The Source didn't have exactly the kind of cord that I needed. I noticed they had a monitor on sale and we chatted about maybe just buying a new monitor, but I said I'd go check London Drugs first. At London Drugs, they had an even cheaper monitor on sale -but the service was so terrible that I decided to go back to The Source to purchase the more expensive monitor from the kind salesperson that had done such an honest and friendly job helping me. Thanks guys!
