There are so many wonderful things to say about The Residence at Morgan Heights, I don't know where to begin. Our Mom lived in the Residential Care side of the building for 2 years and our Dad lived in an Assisted Living apartment on the other side of the complex for 4 years. Dad was able to visit Mom daily in one of the many lovely decorated lounge areas in the building. The Residence offered many activities for them. Whether it was singing along with musical guests, celebrating a seasonal holiday with a party, scheduled games or just quietly watching TV together, Mom and Dad's entertainment options were endless. The nurses and staff always had a friendly smile as they greeted them both by name. Our family frequented the Deli and enjoyed chatting with staff and other residents and loved when visiting pets stopped by for a neck scratch. The Staff and Nurses were so kind and loving to us all, we appreciate every one of them and we're grateful that Mom and Dad were so well loved and cared for by such wonderful people. We wholeheartedly recommend The Residence at Morgan Heights! They became Mom and Dad's second family and the dedication and love they gave to our parents means the world to us.

After researching, then visiting 16 facilities, our family chose Morgan Heights for our parents care. From our first introduction we were immediately impressed by the programs offered, meals, spacious rooms and the ambience and warmth in this beautiful setting. The management, administration, staff and care givers, are an amazing extension of us in the love and care they provide, we witness the very same with each resident. Every measure extended to provide dignity, safety, humour and compassion. With the uncertainty of these Pandemic times, the confidence and trust we have can’t be understated in the reassurance it provides to our family.
This facility is a wonderful place. The care is divided into residences with each residence having its own minimum staffing. The staff are very friendly, helpful, caring and cooperative. The facility is very bright with great safe outdoor spaces. I have not experienced the food, but the menu looks very good and there are alternatives for everyone.
Tuesday 5 breakfast is the best deal in town. It is in a seniors building and they love the new visitors.
Both parents are presently residing here and our family can't say enough about the wonderful staff and care given to our parents. Top notch in the variety and quality of meals and snacks too! The lovely decor and bright spacious lounge areas are a pleasure to visit in, plus the outdoor patios are an added bonus during the warmer weather. What consolation to know our parents are well taken care of here.
