Had to replace a broken iPhone in a hurry on the Labour Day weekend (we were heading out of town the next day) and reached our \go-to guy\ Danny. He immediately responded and set us up with a great solution...although he was actually on a day off! We went to the store and checked in with Gary as directed, and he was all ready for us, and extremely helpful. We've had terrific service every time we've been there. Thanks Danny and Gary!

Hands down some of the best service i've ever had. The store was quite busy, but I was kept informed and happy the entire way. Danny helped me, and was efficient and friendly with me all the way through. I strongly recommend this store for any of your questions or needs - they will take care of you.

I must say it was definitely a pleasant experience I had with Danny. I went in inquiring about internet and cable options for the place I was moving into. He took his time explaining the choices I had, what he recommended and even arranged for a technician to come by that suited my busy schedule. He was in constant communication with me to ensure I knew what I was getting and was never late on a reply. Danny is extremely patient and very understanding, always going above and beyond. After the technician installed everything for me, Danny reached out the same day to ensure that everything went well and was to my liking. Previous experiences with other providers did not provide the customer service Danny did. I am extremely satisfied with how Danny treated me as a customer and I will definitely be referring him to my friends and family for many years to come! Went to inquire about purchasing a home internet package here with a new condo promotion. The sales lady, I believe named Manpreet did not ask what I wanted and did not consider the new condo promotion I was talking about. She tried to sell me on the most expensive package which costed 400/month. Luckily I left the place and was able to call through Telus customer service and they directed me to the right department to help me with my inquiries. Be patient and call the Telus customer support number because they are better at handling customer specific inquiries. I wouldn't recommend dealing with the Telus rep lady here as she clearly did not try to resolve my issue because when I asked about the promotion, she told me that I have to purchase from her first, and then call another number in order to receive the promotion which makes no sense.
