The first time in my life couldn't deposit a certified bank draft cheque. Tried to deposit customer's cheque that he gave me for building material purchasing. I decide to use the nearest TD in Cloverdale. The teller had to get a manager's permission to deposit 5K cheque. So, they told me that part of the amount is going to be on hold for a couple of days. I thought that I couldn't hear her well because of her mask. So I ask, \are you guys putting bank draft cheque on hold\, she says \yes\. So I grabbed that cheque and deposited it in another TD location with no problem.

I have been dealing with this branch from last 8 years. Never had any problems before. Went to deposit cheques today and one of their employee said that the are going to put a large amount of cheque on hold because it was above 5000. I told them that I have been working this trucking company for 14 months. It never happened it before. It made me very disappointed. Now I will never ever go this branch.
