They say they open 9am to 9pm 7days a week , but i went there at 9:40 am and they are still closed and no one is here , so unprofessional

Not surprised while a lot of customer talked about Chinese staff. I had some concerns about my car's insurance, asked him and the services he offered me was the worse one.He kept asking \ do you understand?\. He doesn't know clearly about the job!

The only reason I came here the first time is that I went shopping at T and T. They did not even bother to tell me about the new ICBC policies that took effect Sept 2019. I phoned ICBC and they told me, it is their reponsibility to let their customers know. Never coming back. I feel so bad for the seniors that come and are not given the proper guidance.

Staff here really unprofessional and unfriendly. Especially one Chinese staff. Even he knows how to do it but not willing to help. It is a very rude behavior in a insurance company.
