Staff was really friendly and accomodating. Got a prompt response after asking them to rebook my schedule. Discuss the whole food safety book in a timely and organized manner highlighting important stuff.

I have reported to Consumer Protection BC and Food Safe. Anyone who take things seriously should not go, otherwise you will lose your effort and money. I took my course on 13 Oct, and here are my reasons: 1. In nearly 3 months, I have not been able to get my certificate although i passed the test with 96% 2. whoever answered my calls was not able to tell me where my certificate was. 3. the course was sometimes not given in English as it should have, 4 schedule changed without informing you. 5 mass exam misconducts were tolerated. I was respectful to classmates, instructor and people worked there, but apparently, the study center functioned very suspiciously, not as professionally as a qualified, authorised agency should. My case appears to be a fraud as every pieces comes together.
