Great Service, Friendly staff. I dealt with Adam. The rates were reasonable, they delivered same day and had a tech out within an hour of us calling for a minor issue with the lift. We are only a 10 minute drive from their location so that may have been a contributing factor. I felt very comfortable with their policies surrounding covid. Completely paperless and contactless.
I call to rent a tool, went there and the tool was not in. It was clear waste of my time. This is how responsible they are.
Counter guy couldn't have cared less. Every other Sunbelt location I've been to has been nothing but helpful. This location though didn't care to offer suggestions or even try and help me find a tool that would work for me. I shouldn't have to list off multiple tools trying to find something just to be met with nonchalant unwillingness to help. Off to United Rentals I go. I highly recommend going to their competition.
This is going to be a funny review because the equipment I rented did not perform as expected. However on the upside they brought another piece of equipment and upon hearing my concerns did not charge me for the pick up delivery and pick up again or for the rental. I was not surprised that they did not charge me as the equipment did not function properly however there was no hassle when it came to the cost of the rental Mel just said we will take care of it. I will definitely rent from Mel and his team in Cloverdale again!
