Spacious, gorgeous homes with cute names for the complexs, which gives them a luxery, village type feeling! Totally darling landscaping using real, pink roses, wispy green stuff, beautiful trees and little privacy shrubs and the grass is picture perfect, just like in the movies. They don't just plop down blocks of homes, they create interesting, beautiful and creative neighbourhoods. Very clean and organized sites. Excellent management, well staffed sites(non-gong show) and their covid 19 protocols/screening/tracing are far above anyone else I've seen at the other sites I attended during the pandemic. They are safe and they care!

Great attentive staff and trades throughout the warranty period of the new home. Once the warranty period finished however, it was next to impossible to get a hold of them.
Fantastic and attentive onsite sales staff, developer, trades, and coordinators! I am very happy with our purchase and experience.
