Ton, the manager, is great to work with! I'm a returning customer, so I hope that says that I feel that this is a great place to store. The buildings are clean and easy to access and the best part for me is no commitment terms and no credit card needed. This is a great and easy group to work with. Special shout out to David at the call center, who spent the time needed to figure out what I needed and walk me through the options- even did the math for me!
UPDATE: I had to get a second locker. Thanks to Cindy the process of adding the locker was painless. And now, after hiring mover, I have stuff in the lockers. Now it's time for IRL Tetris. To whom it may concern: Thank you to the staff for helping to resolve my move on issue. I can now access the site. Still have nothing in storage but the access was the important bit because of my wacky schedules. The staff was very helpful in this regard. I am confident that the website and voicemail system will be addressed regarding notification of closure during statutory holidays. I look forward to getting my stuff stored and continuing this beneficial relationship as well as getting one more item off my list. Thank you for making that possible.
