The starbucks were amazing prior Covid-19 but now it has become an inconsistent place to visit. My drinks are made incorrectly everytime especially at night and weekend. Staffs there always ask \is that all\ after you finish one sentences or one. They rush you but their line is long and slow moving.

I had ordered online and by the time I picked up, my coffee was cold. It also didn’t feel like what I had ordered. I mentioned it to the staff and quickly someone came to help me out. She made a new cup of coffee for me. Also, this new drink was fabulous! My experience at this location was wonderful, thanks to the friendly staff!
This location has a few areas they can improve on. 1- The drive thru line up is 9/10 extremely long creating significant traiif issues in the complex lot 2- the coffee does not consistently taste good 3- the service time to get a simple order via drive thru is much too long (by simple order I mean hark roast with cream and a banana loaf) 4) the location of the speaker is THE WORST! right along hwy 10 making it impossible to hear if the order was taken correctly or if you were even heard. ( this one is less controllable by the staff )
Wonderful place for your daily coffee ritual. Nice clean good service. The place is nice and small and generally quite busy all day. Right now it’s quite and I lucked out a table.
