I was a little nervous coming here based off the last review. I have no computer knowledge so I’m an easy target aha. I didn’t feel like they where trying to cash in on me. It seemed really fair, and honestly they told me straight up, it wasn’t worth fixing my computer, for what I wanted. their solution was actually 40 bucks.. for everything . Their time and the thingy I had to buy aha to be able to access my hard drive on a new computer . Super pleased. And honestly the other reviews reflect the service I felt I had today. Which was five out of five

If you ever researched or had knowledge at computer technology, you may ensure that this place calls the price extremely high. I visited here for the computer spec check and marketing price issue, the outcome was only fraud. First of all, the price shouldn't be that price with that computer build parts with warranty and services. They kept highlighting about other computer parts from internet market is trash. But point is that the parts they provide/offer is old generation parts, when I tried to upgrade main system parts (graphic and cpu), they don't care about compatibility. You can also see that using 3700x with basic cooler. This eventually result CPU gets doomed within 1-2 years for gaming and programming. Honest to say, they just try to fake customer with what they call \warranty\ but if you have knowledge upon computer, you may defines that they overpriced everything and not care about running computer. When you decided to buy computer from here, try not. you can build computer with same spec by 40% lower price if you build by watching any of guild line in youtube. P.S. their computer cable lines organizing is completely terrible, they don't even have technology. They just know one thing which is building computer without parts compatibility.

The staff there were very friendly and patient in hearing your needs. I was very amazed by the frankness on which parts work best and why some may not. I entrusted my time and money on the value they provided. I'd come back again. They have amazing and kind people. I came for a gaming PC based on my usage needs. I usually get told by other sores with a quick sales talk, but I spent time with their staff member which broaden my understanding more and I happily bought their pre-built CPU. Thanks Sprite!
