I'm 53 and in the best shape of my life thanks to the knowledgeable staff at SmartFit. Everything is tailored to your fitness level. Travis is extremely good at identifying roadblocks and guiding you through them, be that body mechanics or the fuel you intake. Joel is equally skilled with every clients needs and ability. Together, they are a powerful combination which will change your attitude towards fitness, and catapult you toward your goals.

I've been a member at SmartFit for the past 9 months, and it was one of the best decisions. Not only do they help you improve your strength and focus on weight loss, but also encourage a healthy lifestyle by pushing for healthy (and easy) dietary changes and getting in a good step count. I feel much more stronger, healthier, and energetic than what I was a year ago. Also Travis and Joel are awesome!
Life changing. I came in here not really knowing what I wanted. Now, I’ve been with Travis for a year and a half and my perspective on health and well being has changed. It’s a lifestyle now that I love. I’ve never felt or looked better! Travis has work hard and made this incredible gym a wonderful community of people all working towards similar goals together. We push each other and encourage each other daily. Bringing Joel in was also a super positive thing! Together these guys are a rocking duo have an incredible thing going. Achieving incredible results with their clients! I’d vouch for these guys any day!
SmartFit is an amazing place and has literally helped me change my life. Both Travis and Joel are extremely knowledgeable in all areas of fitness, nutrition and overall well-being. This is a serious gym but the environment is completely non intimidating - very supportive and encouraging - everyone is made to feel welcome. I highly recommend them!
It’s such a difference being in a smaller gym. The trainers know your name and truly take an interest in YOU as a person, not just someone who fills the space. I would recommend SmartFit to anyone!
