I had a great experience with Inder. Our communication was always very smooth and professional. I found the house on Facebook Marketplace, knowing that a lot of people was interested, he promptly reply with a day and time to show the house. He manage the open house with professionalism, making sure that people follow the social distance, limiting the number of people entering the property. The next steps was very agile and professional. He answered all my questions and after we provide our information we signed a lease with him. I hope to continue having this great experience with him for a long time. Totally recommended.

Don't waste your time with Inder he is not responsive to text messages or phone calls. Finally arranged to view a rental property and then tells me to text him my email for an application and never responds. He spoke aggressive and rudely on the phone the one time he did answer. Poor service.
Found our next home on Facebook Marketplace. Connected with Inder and what an amazing experience! We saw the place on Saturday, October 3rd and I knew we had tons of competition! Inder managed that open house with professionalism as he ensured social distancing and limiting the # of people entering and exiting the house. That was super important to my family, especially at this time. He provided us clearly with the next steps ad he did his thorough verification of our information. By Tuesday, October 6th, we signed our lease with Inder. It was a smooth and seamless process. I was extremely pleased with the process and his professionalism. I hope to continue working with him for a long time.
I've never been so frustrated with a person I don't even know. I've been looking to rent a home and I've messaged several homes on the Facebook market place and only a few got back to me, when I looked into the ads that didnt reply to me I noticed it was by the same person Inder Sohi. I waited several days also sent additional messages asking if the property was still available still nothing and he has even read the messages!!! Not sure how people expect to get their places rented if hes not doing his job and relying to people.
