I really liked the office design, environment and how treating clients, recently I have done my paper work there Simer was really flexible with my busy schedule and she accommodate everything with patient and they did very fast job. Thanks again and recommend them for sure!

Can't say that I appreciate not being informed of the fact that this business only accepts cash until after my documents had been processed. I called and made an appointment and was never told this, additionally, nowhere on their website does it say they accept only cash. I had to use a nearby ATM which cost me an additional service charge for using my card at an ATM that was not at my bank. Customers would appreciate that kind of heads up as it's 2020 and a pandemic, most of us don't have cash.

Came in for us on a day off because my mother was visiting from Alberta, and we had to have something notarized. Fedewich and Witt told us tough luck, whom we have been loyal to for the past 30 years (goodbye Fedewich) so we came here. Very professional, friendly and very reasonably priced. Nicely presentable and clean office, with a comfortable seating area. Available service in many languages. I would switch to Simer if I were you, for all your notary needs!
Very pleased with my experience in the office. I only needed a signature witnessed, but it still was quick and pleasant. It was also 10 less than a competitor! Maybe that’s why it was cash only. Good thing there was an ATM outside the door. I would definitely recommend this office again. Thanks.
