So very helpful, patient, perfect size, colour, fittings for all your needs. She has an amazing array of designs, colours sizes, beautiful designs, from every basics to everyday something stunning, something nice especially for you. Why not treat yourself. She has selections from Europe and beyond from sleepwear Pjs to pretty Chemises, to lingerie to undergarments, fabulous must have Forever New lingerie soap, travel sizes too, she has something for everyone! Her price range is very affordable and you will not be disappointed. Not overly friendly service, just mediocre. They never say hello when I come in. They do however carry products that are great. The women at the cashier asked if I want a bag ( of course I want a bag for my panties wrapped in tissue) it’s lingerie! She proceed to let me know plastic bags will be obsolete. (Then get paper bags perhaps?) I rather buy the same products somewhere else. Didn’t feel welcome there!

This afternoon I phoned Silhouette and received an appointment for a fitting right away! Fiona, the owner, spent over an hour with me, helping me try on many different mastectomy bras and prostheses. She was very helpful and knowledgeable, as well as compassionate. I walked out of the store in my new bra looking much better than when I walked in! I am so grateful for the immediate appointment and wonderful service today.
