This company has to be the worst shredding company in town!! Have had nothing but problems with them the last few months and I’m frustrated to the point that I’m going to change companies! I’m STILL waiting for the new 2021 schedule to be sent. We’ve called the office numerous times and have received no response! It’s a hit and miss with whether they’ll show up on the scheduled day, 2 weeks early or 2 weeks late!! When asked, the drivers blame the office for the mistake and the office says the drivers are at fault. The 2 new drivers are rude, unprofessional and have ZERO customer service! All in all, not a great company to do business with!
